Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy brie, sweet pan-seared onions, tender red pepper, and Garlic Luxe garlic salt. These little triangles are buttery, savory, and perfect as an appetizer or party bite.
Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 small wheel or wedge of brie, cut into small pieces

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced small

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1/2 to 1 tsp Garlic Luxe garlic salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Cook the filling
Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and red pepper. Cook until soft and lightly golden, about 8–10 minutes.
Season with Garlic Luxe garlic salt and black pepper. Let cool slightly. -
Prep the puff pastry
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry lightly and cut into squares. -
Fill
Add a small spoonful of the onion and pepper mixture to each square.
Top with a small piece of brie. -
Fold into triangles
Fold each square corner to corner to make a triangle.
Press edges with a fork to seal. -
Brush and bake
Place on a lined baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. -
Serve
Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
