All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Garlic Lux is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Garlic Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
