Tomate Provençal

Instructions

  1. Prep the tomatoes

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

    • Slice tomatoes in half horizontally

    • Gently scoop out some seeds (optional for less moisture)

    • Place cut-side up in a baking dish

  2. Make the topping

    • In a bowl, mix:

      • Breadcrumbs

      • Garlic Luxe

      • Parsley

      • Thyme

      • Salt & pepper

    • Drizzle in olive oil and mix until crumbly but slightly moist

  3. Assemble

    • Spoon the garlic-herb mixture generously over each tomato half

    • Lightly press it down

    • Sprinkle Parmesan on top (optional but 🔥)

  4. Bake

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes until:

      • Tops are golden

      • Tomatoes are soft but still hold shape

  5. Finish

    • Drizzle a little extra olive oil

    • Add fresh parsley if desired
